Evander Holyfield is a popular retired global boxer born on October 19, 1962, in Atmore, Alabama. He was born in Bellshill, Scotland as a youngest of nine siblings. The family relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he was brought up in one of the most dangerous areas, Bowen Homes Housing Projects.

Career

Ironically, Holyfield didn’t taste real defeat for the first time until 1992, against Riddick Bowe. He reclaimed it one year later by beating Bowe for the WBA & WB while losing the titles to unknown Michael Moorer in 1994.
Other Ventures
Holyfield has also formed Real Deal Records, the one-time success group Exhale among others were on this label. He was already a member of the mainstream society by the year 1992, given the fact that the comedian endorsed dozens of products through commercials apropos Coca-Cola and Diet Coke.
