Real Estate

It was documented in media in 2007 that Juicy had a house in Sherman Oaks, California and the property had been bought at $2 million. The Tuscan-style property boasts 5,610 of living space and was first put on the market at the price of $2. 149 million until Juicy J negotiated and reduce the price.

The house was relatively newly built when the rapper bought it; some of the magnificent features are the Arabic-style door’s cathedral design entrance, the French doors and the pool and spa, complete with a waterfall. The property is also well sited offering excellent views of the canyons located in its immediate environment.
