Riddick Lamont Bowe is an American professional wrestler, boxer and actor born on August 10, 1967 in Brooklyn, New York where he was the last of thirteen children to Dorothy Bowe. Bow Wow and his family lived in area known as Brownsville a part of Brooklyn which was regarded as one of the roughest ghettos of New York.

In 1995 Bowe was able to win back part of the world heavyweight championship, by defeating Herbie Hide for the WBO belt. He became the first fighter in history to win all four major titles in boxing.
