In 2015, Harris pleaded to drug trafficking charges, and he was sentenced to eight years in prison. At the same time, he agreed to hand over the income he was earning from the reality show, alongside his car.
In January 2020, he was released from prison after he took courses on substance abuse, public speaking, parenting and nutrition. Harris’ wife revealed in 2016 that she had not filed legal divorce from the producer.
